My best advice to maintain communication.
Listen to your affiliates and answer their questions, respond to their comments and try to anticipate problems. Continue to guide them.
Remind them of all the ways to earn in SFI and how building VP earns income.
I am sure it has been stated before, there is not much you can do to stop someone from quitting.
If you have maintained active communication, additional incentive programs, been proactive in helping them, there is not much more you can do.
Move on to the affiliates who are active, who appreciate the advantages of the SFI program.
Continue to recruit more prospects to build then into active affiliates.
This is a numbers game. Continue to reach out for new sign ups to find those who are truly interested and want to be in the Internet Marketing business.
You should concentrate on building your business, supporting your active affiliates.
I do recommend, sending out, at least a monthly message to those who are not active and no longer active, reminding them of the advantages of SFI in the Internet Marketing world.
You may be surprise by a few comebacks. I have.
It is disappointing to lose affiliates. Take it in, as lesson, and use to build upon your experience.
