Let us accept the fact that 'to quit' or 'to continue' is totally in the hands of an affiliate. Don't forget that we are in the business of Network Marketing, where people decide to join without convincing. In the same way, they will continue to work or quit without any convincing.
As a sponsor what you can do is:
> Keep in touch with your 'movers' consistently through PSA/CSA mailer. Send them few motivating mailers frequently.
> Provide right kind of training and support at the right time!
> Appreciate their good work by giving them rewards/prizes.
> Keep them on their toes by promoting VP's based contests. Create a feeling of healthy competition among your team'mates.
> More importantly, try to find out what is their strong 'WHY' to join and do SFI business. Whenever their excitement goes down or they get distracted, make sure you remind them about their reason to join SFI, so that they can regain their focus.
Keep recruiting new PSA's every day.
