As bad as it may be, you can't stop them from quitting or giving up. I've struggled with this same question myself! Bring the team up to speed on everything needed to succeed. Show your downline how to be more sufficient with SFI! Most people will want to work, and others will not. Most people want to get rich quick, but this isn't what this business is all about. As long as you try to communicate with your downline, give them the resources they need to be successful, show them the ways of contribution from duplication, that's all you can ask for. The rest is up to them to show and prove to you that they want a real opportunity to earn an income and be productive. Otherwise, continue on with your own business, and continue to talk to your downline as often as possible, but don't let what they're not doing injure your business because of their unwillingness to succeed!
