I define Versa points as valuable numerical points every SFI affiliate needs to become successful.
The types of VPs are;
1.Action VPs:these are the VPs one gets by performing certain activities like taking his/her daily,weekly and monthly actions,review bought products,setting up a SO order of at least 1500 VPs,handing out gift cards etc.In short,all the actions allocated on the VP ledger
2.Sales VPs:these are the VPs one gets by selling or making purchases at TC.
Uses of VPs:
*VPs are used to determine an affiliate's overall,country and class rank.They are also used to determine an affiliate rank in a particular month and also the number of consecutive times you earn 10 VPs daily determines the kind of daily VP streak badge you attain.
*Accumulating at least 1500 VPs every month gets you a share in the TC executive pool and earning T-Credit bonuses.Getting at least 3000 VPs(2000max.sales points/1000 min. action points)makes you a BTL.Earning even more can advance your Leadership rank to STL,GTL,and PTL so as to earn matching VPs on all your EA2s(both PSAs & CSAs) and second home CSAs anytime you earn more VPs to maintain your TL.
*VPs also add up to our monthly payouts.That is the more VPs you earn,the more commissions you get.
*VPs indirectly help affiliates(leaders) lead by example.This is because an affiliate who has never reach EA or TL cannot easily convince his/her downline to do so.Being ranked in a better position in your country,class and overall tells your downline the kind of leader you are.Being E365 champion or finalist,a fast track member and TL also shows the kind of leader you are.All these can be achieved through max. accumulation of VPs,hence the use of VPs.
