To make it simple, in every business there is always rules to follow and to make you successful, they put a goal in it to make sure that when you enter this business there should always something that you should follow. In SFI we call it Versa Points (VP) before you can advance to the next level you should earn versa points (i.e. VP)and to make it short, you should work to earn this points. That is why in every action that you do, there is always a corresponding points that you earn.
