As a team leader, I do my best to consistenly be in communication with my downline and, make sure that my progress and actions are visible to them. As you may already know, your downline will only do as you do; they will duplicate your actions, if they inspire to be like you or better. But, all of that is based on their personal needs and inspiration they have for you and themselves. However, as a team leader, you are not in control of the actions of your downline. You are simply a vessel of motivation, inspiration, support and instruction to them. You cannot stop anyone from quitting and/or giving up, thus, you are not always aware of the reasons your downline may have for quitting and/or giving up. From experience, validation is not something that many affiliates look for; their minds are set by the time they are ready to leave. Many affiliates choose not to respond to any correspondence, which make it extra difficult to know where they stand, presently.
The best advice is to be sure that you do your all for your downline. First is constant communication and coaching, regardless if they respond or not. Acknowledge them for their efforts and progress- that instantly, let's them know that you are watching them. Reward them for their achievements; make them feel special and appreciated to be on your team. With that being said, many affiliates may revise their thinking before quitting and/or giving up, especially if they see that you are consistent with your standing orders on a monthly basis; and, earning mega versapoints on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Creating free conference calls, a facebook group page, and skyping may be a great way to keep your downline connected, motivated, and inspired to remain in the SFI business. Remember that your downline is indeed a reflection of you, in many different ways, so think before you act and/or react to them. Treat them as you would want to be treated with respect, dignity and integrity, at all times.
