Honestly speaking you can't make their decisions & build their business & their teams for them,they make thoses decisions for themselves.You also do not hold yourself responsiblewhen team members fold,not everyone is meant to be here..You will loose some & gains some.What you can do is Lead with good honestest,steadfast,passionate Leadership.You have to earn & grow your own true passion & daily success as a Leader.Once your a true believer & successor,your team will follow & duplicate what your doing too.You have to always continue at doing your very best.You have to stay a step ahead of your team at all times.Two steps is even Better.You must be honest & respectable of all your team members.You don't own them,or make demands on or of them.You must alway be positive,encouraging,caring & supportive.always sending out team support,updates,any new team insentive.Always offer to assists & guide them & follow through at all times.
While your making sure to encourage their own personal drive & independence.You should never stop encouraging them to comunicate with you & their own teams too.You should every now & then team mail your entire team.(once a month is great).
The bottomline is are you a believer? Are you successful at SFI/TC? Are you a winner or a looser here? Yes,I'm asking these questions,cause until your confident & believing & achieving,can you refer,coach & lead anyone else?
Your Team Leadership is a total reflection & entention of yourself.Example: Are you your own Boss? Do you have your own home base business? Is your business safe,secure,supportitive & successfully strong?Does your home business truly work? Are you making any money,making profit? If,your answers are,I'm not sure,I do'nt know? Then are you ready to run your own business,be your own Boss?
Are you ready to manage your own team?
Its not as overwelming as you think if all your answers are yes,to the above or most of them.You have to work with your own experience & always be willing to stay on top of all valuabe new experiences & information going forth.
Your best bet is to do & be your best for your team & take note & special care of your team members that show & producing wllingness & loyaly, daily working ability.
Praise them for the goodness & call them out,on their short comings & when theirnot pulling their share of the weight in a firm but supportive,I notice this & that not happening with you.do you need assistance?
Handle your business & manage your team with winners knowledge & skills & your unconditional love & blessings.
