I think you can keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI, by

1) Become good friends with your downline, let them know that don't matter if they are downlines, they are still important.
2) Try an keep contact with them and make sure you look up every day to see their progress in the business.
3) Sent them some words of encouragement
4) Help them out at any time
5) Talk to them about the business is not a get rick fast but it take time and also how you do your business.
6) Tell them about other people testimony and try and up lift them up.
