I have read some of the answers to your question. They are all right on. When they say that you can't keep people from quitting, they are exactly right. I have been around "Network Marketing" for 10 years, and everywhere I see any statistics about retention I find that about 2% - 3% is about the best you can expect. The other 97% or 98% are not going to do anything with it.
Too often people have no idea what is involved in building a business online, and when they realize there is work involved and that money must be earned they are not willing to make the commitment
Don't get discouraged by the few that actually work their business. Just keep sponsoring, look for the ones that are working, and be there to support them. Those are the ones that will help to get you where you want to be.
