First of all, you can keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI by giving your own example.
Second, you should always give them support and advices. Also, tell them to be patient, but persistent. This is a job which is building for months and years.
Third, for yours best movers you can provide some rewards (TCredits, PSA reassingments, gift cards, etc.).
But, there is no way to keep someone who definitevely decide to quit. You can eventyally ask him for a reason, because this information could be useful for yours future work with other affiliates.
