The assumption here is your affiliates have started working and you want them to keep going, or, these could be affiliates who have started working but for some reason they are contemplating to quit. Majority of these happen at the second month in SFI.
It is very important to know why affiliates quit, so that we can address them with your affiliates.
There are major reasons why affiliates quit SFI. I am citing here five and will share how to address them.
1. They are overwhelmed and can not understand SFI-TC business model. - In this case, you as a sponsor should take time to read and study the ins and outs of SFI and TripleClicks and you should learn to simplify them to your affiliates.
2. They don't have the capacity to buy. - You should teach them how to sell items from TripleClicks, I know that this is easier said than done, but teaching them strategies will keep them busy and challenged to continue. Again you should learn these strategies yourself first and be sure you are doing it too. You can contact me later for some strategies.
3. They find it difficult to recruit affiliates - Again you should teach them both the paid ones and free methods of recruiting affiliates. Many of these methods are discussed at SFI website. Click on Marketing Tab and you will theme there. Again you should learn them yourself first and simplify them and share them to your affiliates.
4. They don't have time anymore unlike when they first started - Help just to do the minimum, and if they have money, you can help them say in paid ads, they can do the work for them as they give money.
5. They have doubts that SFI maybe a scam . - If you have earned income and bank them already then you can tell them or you can ask you upline too to testify that SFI is real, or you can ask me hehehehehe..
Those are the major reasons why affiliate quit SFI. Let me put here at the last the first thing you should do before you can encourage them not to quit. Engage them them in a conversation and befriend them. It will be easier for you to communicate and be heard.
