Hi Zina
Thank you for asking such an important question.
I'm going to start by saying that the difference between staying in SFI and quitting is determined by mainly two things.
(1)Interest - If your downline are interested in discovering how SFI works, for themselves then it becomes easier for them to want to continue with this business.Even if they get little or minimal encouragement from their upline, the drive they have will carry them forward.
(2) Commitment - In any form of business commitment is key in determining the success or failure of that business. With SFI it's no different. The significant part of the similarity is that SFI is an online business that offers Free training and does not require formal qualifications to run and operate it.That's where commitment comes in.
Your downline need to show commitment, they have to want to do the business.
You know it is said that "you can take a horse to the river but you cannot force it to drink".
What you can do is to feed the horse a bit of salt so that I will want to drink on its own.
What is this salt?
Simple!Show & tell.Your own experience with SFI whether you are a few months or have years in the business is one of the best ways to encourage your downline.
