The best thing you can do is to encourage and support as much as you can bye answering mail when needed also getting them to join a face book group can help, so others can also answer questions that you might not be able answer ,but when it comes keeping any one from quitting,they either have the drive or not, that is out of our control.just do your best that you can too succeed, and help others, to do the same.
