First of all you have to LEAD BY EXAMPLE.
You have to let them know, that you had a hard tims too, but you didn't quit.
You made it through, and achived your current status.
Also they have to know, that SFI is not get-rich-quick program,
and you cant't earn money just by sitting and waiting.
They have to DO something for themselfs, and this is:
-reading and learning
-advertising
-duplicateing
-making your own team
And money will come as you do it.
So they must know that SFI is giving oportunity to workers,
not to lazy people.
And if you recognize them as workers,
then you can send them some gift cards, TC credits or even some cash,
to aditionally motivate them.
Otherwise, maybe it's better not to waste your time with them:
IF THEY WANT IT - YOU HELP THEM, IF NOT - NEXT PLEASE !
