My advice is stay in frequent communication with them and to provide encouragement and assistance with answering questions or explaining where to go for help.
By all means, stress the importance of keeping it simple in the beginning and to sign-up and take advantage of "Launch Pad" training.
Just remember, however, only a small percentage of people will have the "Heart's Desire" to stick with it or be successful. Move on to supporting those that are truly motivated.
