Ambition, Drive, Knowledge and Experience give you the edge to succeed quickly, but unless you Love what you do, you will have great difficulty in succeeding.
In this business duplication is the key to success. That means you need to build a team that wants to win, that are passionate about what they are doing and ethuisiastic in their approach.Those SFI members who start with a positive winning attitude and are prepared to try, to be teachable, to read, to follow the simple steps as set out in the site will advance quicker than others.
However we are not all alike, we come from differrent backgrounds, family circumstances and economic enviroments. Sometimes the first lesson is to accept that to win, we need to change our attitudes. There is nothing for nothing. It takes hard work, consistant action and guidance from an experienced mentor.To stay in the game we need to have a "why" that will help get us through the difficult times.
Why do we want to do this business, what drives us to succeed? Emotion is a powerful tool when used correctly and our "Why" must have meaning. We all work to create a lifestyle for ourselves and family. Few ever find their perfect job. Most of us don't work because we like working. So find something you love to do and do it well. SFI is not for everybody, you got to want it.
So those that have the tenacity to see a project through, that are enthuisiastic and have a winning attitude will attract others. Everybody likes to be on the winning team, to feel important and to know that they are doing something meaningful. Those who fit into this catagory know their "Why" and will succeed a lot quicker than those who happenned to find SFI.
Today we all expect instant results.For those in SFI that expect to have instant results without doing the work, I say you need to "change your outlook" or you will get bored and fail.
For those who know their "Why" , I say congratulations.
But just knowing your "Why" is not enough if you want to succeed quickly. You need to take MASSIVE action, TODAY. Habits take about two weeks to form, so for those who develop the right habits in SFI, success will follow.
You also need to work smart. This a business and as such planning is crucial. I'm new to the site and my first priority has been to learn as much as I can as quickly as I can. Knowledge enables me to focus my planning and try out different strategies. In time I will hit upon a formuale that works for me.
All this because I WANT TO! I am loving what I do, its exciting, I'm learning something new everyday, making freinds all over the world and at the same time building a business. I have taken control over my future, have you?
Find your "Why" and go after your dreams with passion. Thats what makes us different, some win and some loose. It's all because of the way you think!
Stay positive, find mentors who are succesful and learn from them.
