SFI is a real business that requires individuals to establish goals in order to be successful. These goals have to be realistic and achievable within the fixed one month time frame. It is a fact that goals do energize, affect persistence, activate cognitive knowledge and focus attention to relevant activities. As a result, each month I focus on setting my goals to continue my SFI business and maintain my team leader rank.
First, I do my daily and weekly actions, engage in auctions, answer SC questions any other activities that will endow me with action points that will enable me to achieve my intended rank.
I evaluate the previous months goals and the activities in which I was engaged to get to the specific targets that SFI sets out on the Goals page. If I achieved the intended goals for the previous month, for example; I would set new targets. If I did not achieve my goals, I would evaluate to see what could have hindered my achievements and try to make necessary adjustments where possible.
During the course of the month, I exercise flexibility in addressing the set goals. In the event that I achieve particular goals by the middle of the month I increase the targets. If not I adjust the targets, as I see fit.
Additionally, I ensure that my standing order is in place - 125TCredits from which I earn VersaPoints to get me to the EA2 rank which is very important to preserving the benefits that SFI offers. I work on other goals of making additional TripleClicks purchases, product reviews.
Consequently, with these set goals, I am able to confidently continue with my SFI business.
