When stepping into a new venture, especially if it is a unknown type of venture, it takes time to totally understand what this new venture is all about.
One could be stepping into the world of the unknown and they must start from the very beginning in learning the process and being able to totally understand and comprehend what is necessary to be able to move forward towards success.
Which would mean that one must learn and work all of the basic steps just to get started in order for them to be able to move forward. And this of course takes time which could not possibly be done in just weeks.
To whereas if someone who is more experienced in the sponsoring and sales positions, it would be much easier for them to progress in moving forward quicker and for them to be able to establish themselves towards success in a quicker amount of time.
I don't think that there should ever be a time limit on working your way towards success.
Success takes time, education, work, perseverance, commitment and dedication, which could not possibly be done in just weeks.
