Duplication is one of the most powerful means of earning lifetime income at SFI.You must enlighten your downline of its importance and how they can duplicate but you shouldn't stress or emphasize too much on it,else your downline will see you as a selfish and lazy leader who only wants to benefit from their labour.These are what you should do and they will automatically get focused and duplicate.
1.Remind them of the reason why they joined SFI.That they are here for real business because some people actually joined by SFI "chance" and not by "purpose".By so doing the 'go-getters' among them will stand up to their feet.Follow up with words of encouragement,motivation and teachings.You can use yourself as an example if you are actually leading by example.How you started,the challenges you faced and how you overcame them and the benefits you are presently enjoying are words of encouragements you can say to them,that is if you are living up to the task yourself.And tell them that they can also do the same.
2.Become an awesome sponsor by effectively sponsoring them.Teach them,answer their questions,support very serious ones with T-Credits,gift certificates etc.where necessary.
3.Let them know that even though you stand to benefit greatly from them,you didn't wait to have a very active downline before advancing you rank to TL,and so they should do likewise if possible.Some people don't want to move to BTL unless they have a strong team but if you advance your rank to BTL and maintain it every month,you get $10 BTL2 bonus,second home CSAs,12 T-Credit bonuses and matching VPs on all you downline(including CSAs) so even if you don't have active PSAs you can still be earning massively on your active second home CSAs.You also get 15% CSC on all purchases by your second home CSAs.For how long are you going to wait until you have a strong team,you can get discouraged you know.Enlighten them about these benefits and instead of waiting so long to build a strong team they will rather move on whiles they still continue to build their team.And moving on alone is also a way of leading by example and can have a good influence on their downline.
4.Finally,tell them to teach their downline to do the same and by so doing they will duplicate.
