Aim high! I would say: Aim higher! Set your goals to be realistic and achievable. And then start making your way to them.
Always set your goals somewhat higher that your current status so you must make an effort to achieve them and at the end feel the satisfaction of accomplishing them.
For example, if you normally manage to recruit 5 PSAs in a month, make it your goal to recruit 6 or 7, a number that would be possible to reach. The same applies for EA2 PSAs, your Power Rank Leaderboard etc.
To a new affiliate, I would suggest to set their goals according to what they believe they are capable of, and then, as they gain experience working within SFI, to make adjustments accordingly.
Setting unrealistic goals does not help in any way. When goals are not achieved, only disappointment and loss of faith in ones capabilities can be experienced.
So, this month, set your goals a bit higher than last one. And again and again a bit higher…
