This is a very good question and I like it.
The best way in doing so is to tell them about it and the benefits.
But more importantly is to lead by example, so you yourself must have a standing order in place and demonstrating with your standing order how it is benefiting you.
We can talk all we wanted to but unless people see what we are talking and it is benefiting us then they will not be part of it.
