Affiliates do experience difficulty to gain an Executive Affiliate status every month since there are few free VPs one can earn doing the routine daily tasks. One can only maintain the status if he would engage himself on their income generating activities and can afford to have a Standing Order. I do award hard-working PSA/CSAs 10TCredits or $10 Gift Certificates as a token of appreciation for job well done in order for them to stay, continue making their business grow and give tips on how to go along until they can afford to have their Standing Order. Give some financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA built trust and bring strong team work relationship.
