A very good question and not an easy one to answer.
I think it would depend on your family members. If they are open minded then yes, speak to them but don't ever try to force the issue, as if a few months down the line, they don't do well they might blame you, for giving them bad advice and this can cause unwanted friction.
If you are doing well, then show them how you are benefiting from working for SFI and outline all other benefits available. For those family members that are not so open minded, it is better to wait, until you are able prove to them just how well you are doing and then speak to them too. Ultimately most of them can be convinced if you do well and lead by example. Then you also have the added bonus of being able to provide 'the personal touch', if they need help.
