Financial support as in giving people money is usually not the best way to help them. If you give a man a fish he eats for one day. Same thing with money. What's best is helping them to reach their goals by giving them the correct information and showing them how to start earning it for themselves.
I'm not saying that you shouldn't give them anything. You can always give them a gift certificate or a place in your coop, but do it as a reward for reaching a milestone, like making EA, or EA2, or setting up a standing order. You can also send them some tcredits or an affiliate, but always require a little something so that they learn how to reach these milestones over and over.
