It is very difficult to convince each EA to re-qualify as EA2 in their second month at SFI. However, if we start contest among the EAs who re-qualify as EA and give them tcredit or reassign PSAs then some one will ready to do so. It will be appropriate, if SFI give them some incentives to become EA2.
