A hard-working PSA will respond to a personal TM (Team Mailer). I suggest that you simply offer them your support and see what they respond. Leave it up to them to accept or reject. You could throw them a Gift Certificate but be sure you send a TM to explain why ... like ... I appreciate the hard work you are doing, etc. Here again, they can accept/spend or reject/reverts back to you. I hate to think that someone is too proud for a helping hand but I'm sure there are some who are. I don't intrude on any of my affiliates SFI business without their okay. I don't even place ID numbers on X-Cards without permission. It just doesn't seem right to me somehow. Good luck!
