The next month you can give your affiliates $30 bucks to buy giftcards and you also transfer as many t credits to their account as you can so they can buy advertising materials (business Cards, post Cards) so you can pay them 10cents for every one they distribute. You Catch my drift right, you are putting your affiliates to work and you pay them. On Special occasions such as Christmas or Thanksgiving or as a reward for a badge they earn for instance if one of them becomes a Distribute Star you can award them with an SFI or TC T-Shirt(another Advertising material).
SFI and TC offers Cash prizes so why don't you?
On the Second month you should assign 5 or more PSAs to those that get the highest points on the first month and then you see how well your team member supports and duplicates and see his/her downline so right then and there you can give a $200 cash prize.
I heard also from other affiliates here on ASK SC that they also support their affiliates from products they win at the Pricebender Auctions. For example if you win a pack of 300T credits then you can use it to transfer to your team.
