It is a strange question, I should say that this depends on the type of business each of us prefers... SFI demands a lot of attention and it might seem cumbersome also for some people. I know individuals who said they had not time to do this daily...And I understanmd them. One who has a job and comes home tired, cannot become accustomed with SFI...SFI would be possible only if this type of activity is in accordance with his psichological features.
So, I think the wisest idea should be to ask and see what each of them wants or can do.
