Hi Festas, SFI is a team type of business whereby we really need to support and encourage each other. Unfortunately, some people think of support in terms of money, although there are many other ways you can support your downline.
We must be very careful that we do not create a precedent that will require you to support your downline every month to achieve or perform. SFI is a FREE type of business which requires you to perform certain tasks, read your Basic Training, Launchpads and so on. Those tasks are meant to equip you with much needed knowledge to grow in rank and earn much needed versapoints which contribute to your income.
We must be careful to teach our downlines how to catch fish on their own so that they should independent. At times you may not know how much to support your downline, with too much information, some people become irritated and may decide to quit, while some may appreciate your information. SFI has a lot of training material that help all of us to grow step by step in this business. Good luck!
