Congratulations !!! Good to see you have decided to help the hard working team members. There are so many ways to help your hard working PSA/CSA financially. I will just figure out the best ones.
1. Gift Certificate: If you think some of your PSAs are working hard to build a team. Able to generate ECAs,PRMs or sales but not able to reach the status of EA or TL to maximize their earning, You can send them few dollars as rewards of their achievement. It will be useful to them in building their SFI Business and so as yours.
2. Co-op: This is one of the strongest way to reward affiliates. Everybody in SFI knows how hard it is to generate new affiliates. If you can run a co-op for the hard working guys at no cost to them, It will be a great financial reward on long term basis. It will keep them encouraging towards team building.
3. TCredit: This is also a powerful financial help. I have seen affiliates purchasing a 100 or 125 TC pak and jump in to the auction. They jump into the auction with this many credits because they do not have more money to purchase them. Why not support them with some 50-100 TCredits so that they can jump into the auction more confidently and start winning.
