Contact with them regularly and Keep a keen check on there activities in Sfi. When you finally find those affiliates who are hard working and who you think are willing to go along this system but are financially tight Then, there are many ways of supporting them.
Gift Cards, T-Credit Etc...
But the best of all is to Set up a joint co-op of S-Builder with them and share the profit. Contact other s in your Psa's up line (Team Leaders). Try to get there up line member on Supporting those affiliate whom you 2 share as Psa / csa, (Your Psa would be his Csa).
Get them to share some spoils with your shared affiliates.
