I used to give 10 TCredits for reaching EA...but I found that I was just giving away money and it did not work. So I developed a new plan that not only benefits my affiliates, but myself also. I use the S-Builder co-op feature...for free. I do the advertising so there is no cost to anyone.
I set up 2 co-ops. The first is for reaching EA. Team members are entered and get 4 PSAs to compliment the 2 CSAs they get from SFI. ALL team members are eligible for this co-op.
Upon reaching EA2, they remain in the first co-op and are entered into the second co-op where they receive 1 share of the co-op. This means if they continue to achieve EA month to month, the signups will continue.
If affiliates fail to achieve EA rank or better, they start over, but keep the PSAs they have on their teams. This lessens the loss factor and keeps their teams fairly intact. They may lose their CSAs, but not the PSAs.
What better incentive than to have your team building started for you? It benefits the team as a whole as well as the individual team member.
