This is great question. They best and most affective promotion or incentive to become ( or requalify as )EA that I have offered my downline and had success with is offering them the TripleClicks gift certificates. If its just for reward it could be either TC credits or gift certificates.
For this purpose, though, gift certificates just like money and they can buy what you recommend in TC. This is the key point here.
What you recommend.
The goal here is obtaining EA status . Most affiliates need NOT only the TC gift certificate but also direction in how to apply it to get the VP they require if they are not getting to EA on their own and why you likely are offering this in the first place..
There are products that you can buy quickly that get you to EA quickly and effectively. They are there for the main purpose of gaining substantial VP for EA qualification as well as grow your business. They are:
125 TC Credits SO - 1500 VP
1 TC credit - 102 VP
IAHBE - 1500 VP
When you give your downline member a TC gift certificate, you should know first by viewing their VP ledger how many VP they need. Then based off your budget, you can choose from above and send them what they need to get the points to qualify.
I.E. - if your budget is not tight and you want to reward them quickly and get them to EA without trouble. You give them $40 gift certificate and state buy the 125 TC credit or IAHBE and that will give you 1500 VP.
If your budget is tight and they need a good amount amount of VP, then reward them with what you can afford and state to purchase X number of 1 credit TC as each one will give them 102 VP.
The one point i want to bring up last is and is the most important is that your should only be doing this for downline members who are doing everything to max out what they can to obtain EA and not just anyone who is in partially as that person will then expect it every month and its not a reward but a crutch.
Don't forget that last point as it will become apparent if you give it away with out verifying their efforts that rather a promotion to build a downline more a short term loss as they won't last.
