Personal Recognition of their accomplishments thus far… Stream publicly how much you appreciate the work that they are doing. Once your downline realize how much you care about their efforts then this will peak their willingness to continue.
Gift Certificates are a fun incentive that I have awarded to my affiliates who achieved the EA status. Receiving the email notifying them of the gift waiting for them was like the Best thing ever especially if they were unable to make purchases because of financial constraints you could feel the gratitude from the reply and thank you notes that you receive.
Fun Contests work to motivate affiliates to login daily to achieve the conditions outlined in the running contests for a chance to win the prize be it TCredits or Gift Certificates.
