I believe transfer the Tcredit or sending the gift card is very effective way to encourage them to do daily, weekly, monthly duties and then if they need more VP to get EA, encourage them to put a standing order in amount of remaining necessary VP for getting EA. Also you can offer the standing order amount of 125 Tcredit for secure and safe way to getting the EA every month. The most important thing is training because some of them may be confused, until they find out how to work in SFI and how make money.
