In my opinion the more important thing than offering them incentives(gifts), is to give all the info about SFI business that will make them trust and love this great company, this way they will work hard to create their business inside it, and try to grow as mush as they can. Because most the times when you give things like TCredits or money, they used them in auction or buying things, and than they wait for you to give them again, thinking that you already making money from them since they joined SFI. those type of people they don't make any efforts to even understand the program.
But If you really have someone who is wailing to work and asked you for this type of help in their second month to achieve EA2, i think is good to do help if you can, as long as he/she shows you his/her interest in SFI.
