Rather than saying it incentive, I would love to name it as reward which I offer for my team members for certain achievement. There are few great reward options are there for sure and many of them work for me depending on the goal I set for the reward. Let me describe you one by one here
1. Gift Certificate: This is the most influencing reward SFI has. This is a perfect reward when you set a goal like achieving EA2 or TL. This minimizes there cost to achieve the position and hence they enjoy it.
2. TCredit: This is another powerful reward for those who enjoy playing in auction. When ever I set a goal to win any certain item or some through through PB auctions, I use this reward. It gives them the hope of winning more when they see 50 or 100 TC more they can have as reward even if they loose the auction.
3. Free Co-op: Its the most powerful tool SFI provides to keep your team members in real business. If you are setting a goal like recruiting 2 EAs in a month and they are following, There can not be any better reward than this. They recruit 2 and you reward one or two, that makes them feel better and they enjoy recruiting new team members.
For me these are the best. You may have your choice.
