Reviewing my movers how far they are doing to move up, helps a lot in the evaluation of who deserves the reward. So far, I have offered $20 Gift Certificate, a share in S-Builder Co-op and 5 PSAs. I have now several EA2s and I'm very satisfied with this method of promotion/incentive.
