The most effective promotion/incentive I have offered my downline to become (or requalify as) an EA is to give out Gift Certificates and T Credits to committed and dedicated members.
This has helped them a lot both financially and otherwise. It also serve as an excellent tool in appreciating them for their hardwork.
It goes a long way to encourage them to strive for more rewards and it also make them feel at home knowing fully well that I am always there for them.
