For me the reason for any relationship's survival is the trust. Whether the relation is personal, friendship or professional.
It is this trust that actual will lead a group of individuals from all over the world to make a team and work as a team. And as is said,
"Teamwork is the ability to work as a group toward a common vision, even if that vision becomes extremely blurry. ~Author Unknown"
When your team members will start trusting that you are leading them towards success they will look up to you as their leader and then will the follow your foot instructions.
