The way I would accomplish this is by following what SFI as been saying from the very beginning of it's business: communicate effectively to produce results. You can't expect to earn by being notified that you have received CSAs or PSAs. You must show them that you can help them sell and promote. If they choose to buy then great.
If you answer their every questions effectively then they are more likely to stay working on their part to build a better yours and their business and business team.
What I have done is started to transfer T-credits to my downline helping them to better increase their chances of winning Pricebender Auctions. And, if they decide to purchase any item from Triple Clicks such as S-builder this will to improve their own downline and help your business.
I don't think about the trust between my downline and I. I just do my best in hopes that my downline will do their part and hopefully be satisfied with their commissions at the end of their SFI month.
