Be open and honest with your affiliates
Communicate, help them as much as possible, if you don’t know the answer inform them and let them know that you will look into it further with your upline, a2a friends, or SFI support.
Never ask them to do anything that you aren’t doing yourself.
Encourage them when they have done well, offer incentives. But most of all always let them know that you care about their well-being, and will be available whenever they need you.
