You need to be confident in what you tell your team and always be honest. If a PSA/CSA in my downline ask me a question that I don't know the answer to I first try to research it to find the answer. If I can't then I give them the information I found and tell them that I would submit a support ticket with the question or post it on the forum for a better answer. Additionally, having contest for your team and promoting your top movers go along way to building a strong team that trust you.
