This is good quastion and I will give you my opinion in this answer, how I develop trust in my team.
I think every one of us have own reasons why should start to work here and build here own bussines.
You know and I know why I start to work here and everybody of us know that.
My advice is to sent one e-mail to all your affiliates(PSA's, CSA's) with a short story of your life with that quastion mark "WHY".
For exemple:
Why are you here?
What is yours goals?
What you the most important thing in your life(childrens, family, travel,....money)?
And some another quastions and answers!
Then when you will tell your short story for your life, why you are here and why you want to be succeesful here. Ask them if thay want to tell you a little bit for for himself and WHY are they here.
Be honest with them, if you want to trust you! Comunicate with all your team with spirit of trust and honest.
Answer on any quastion if thay ask you, thay will believe me. Yours answers let it be the honest and helpful for all!
