One way to develop trust with your affiliates you need to talk to them. Communication is one of the main ways to gain trust.

Along with communication you need to do everything that you are telling them to do. So if you tell your affiliates to work on their to do list daily, then you should also do that.

Encourage them every time that you get the chance and let them know that you are always their if they need anything or they have any questions about the company.
