Real trust is never demanded, it is freely given by the person who trust. It is the same here at SFI. We Team Leaders must develop trust by the way we lead.
Here are things that I do to develop trust from my affiliates.
1. I am working hard to earn a rank - Our rank will immediately command trust.
2. I am working to earn as many badges as I could. Presently, I have 20 badges. Badges under our name will immediately command trust from our affiliates that we are making this business works.
3. I am studying every aspect of SFI/TripleClicks business model. I am doing this not only for my self but for my affiliates who will need help. I see to it that I have an answer to their questions. Out of this, I device some strategies that I share regularly to my affiliates.
4. I tell them honestly what does it take to be successful here at SFI. I do not sugar coat the facts and I do not give them false hope.
5. I develop friendship to anyone who would respond to my message and those who initiated to contact me.
6. I make my self visible and giving sensible contribution in forum and ask SC. I also make myself visible in Pricebenders. When your affiliates see your name on these they would develop trust.
