Good question. For me it's when a person gives of their time and doesn't act like it's a burden when someone has a lot of questions. Also when they are well versed and took the time to learn their own way around before they started recruiting a lot of people.
A lot of people are having money problems, but it's never a good thing to put money first. We should always consider others and their needs ahead of ours, and when we do this we can be sure that our needs will be met. The golden rule or treating others the way we want to be treated is always the right way to go.
