The First page should only be a welcome page and Thank You to the person who respond to your Autoresponder ad (no advertising links in the welcome page). Let them know that additional information is to follow. You should have about 8 to 10 follow-up pages.
Pages 2 through 10 should be short and to the point of explaining your offer. In this case, your offer is (SFI Affiliate program). There is a lot of information you can get at the SFI affiliate center showing what SFI is about and how it can benefit potential affiliates.
Gather all this information and compile it into 10 pages with only about 1 to 3 paragraphs of information on each page. Then place a "call to action" SFI text ad with your affiliate link at the end of each page.
Also, if you provide a way for the potential affiliate to contact you for more information, it may increase your sign-ups. This could be letting them know that after sign-up they will have direct access to you for support as their sponsor. Let them know that sign-up is free and that you will personally work with them after they have joined.
You can also provide a link to the "next" page, just in case they are interested in learning more right away.
