Using an autoresponder capture form on your website is a great way to filter your
inbound traffic to locate prospects for your SFI business.

In your follow up letters be sure to tell your own personal story, not your sponsors.
It does not matter what success your sponsor has had, only the success you have had.

If you're just starting out, concentrate on the wonderful training and tools SFI
gives you to work with and how this will lead to success for you both.

I have always utilized autoresponder messages with every online business I have run.

First of all, if you only promote company splash pages, you never brand yourself and distinguish yourself from everyone else who is also promoting the same page.

Also, some people just don't take action on their first exposure to an online presentation. Let's face it... there are thousands of online marketing opportunities bombarding potential prospects every day... some are full of hype and

Hey Jelena

Even though a lot of people on the forum believe that auto-responder is not such a great idea, I tend to disagree. In fact, I believe that it can prove to be a great asset in terms of marketing, if used well.

My personal experience in the field is extremely limited. I would just like to share whatever I have been able to gather from all the research and reading that I have been doing.

As per my knowledge, there are a few basic ground rules to "prospecting"

I use Autoresponders myself, they are a great tool when used properly. I train constantly, not just on the SFI website but I have paid memberships on other sites as well. One helpful bit of information I learned was a very basic outline for setting up autoresponder messages. You want your emails to convey three things:
1. What I've got
2. Why You need it
3. How you get it.
Put a link to your gateway or blog (Use the one available on the Leadership Page) and do it at least 3

Autoresponders are great tools for mass sending letters. Nevertheless, you should pay attention to one of its weakness, it remove the personal touch that almost all people who receive emails want to read.

Given that autoresponders are not for personal emails you should be able to maximize its content to make it relevant to your potential affiliates.

Yes, you must have an outline of the information you want to convey to your prospects. Here is my suggestion:

1. You

One of the best uses of email autoresponders is to gently remind affiliates / prospects about how fantastic SFI is. You can periodically schedule “reminder” emails to affiliates / prospects who haven’t visited or logged in recent memory or perhaps to encourage them to log in. Further, for reminding them about their accounts or profiles, a trick that you can use is to send an autoresponder that asks them to “update” their email marketing preferences. This encourages them to login to their

That's a very good idea, Jelena.

Having some experience with autoresponders, I'd suggest segmenting the list into those who join and those who don't join SFI and structure both series accordingly, but let's concentrate on the "joined" series.

Your first letter in the series should be your welcome letter you write here on site, with some basic information on how to collect VPs. The next one (the first in the autoresponder series) should concern the first actions to

Autoresponder is a marketing tool that will automatically send messages out for you to people who are interested in your SFI business. And it is the best way to keep in touch with your potential affiliates. The trick is to invite them to become subscribers to messages from you about your SFI business. It’s easy, it’s automatic, and is one of the best returns on a marketing investment for your SFI business that you will ever get.

1. The content should include your name, SFI name, your

I got my autoresponder message ideas from the suggested ads in the Marketing section of the SFI Home Page. I edited them into a message format that would follow sequentially from the first email message to the second etc.

I created my letters in that manner so a to not misrepresent the program, the income potential or any other aspect of the business.

I also used some info that I gleaned from the Gateway capture pages. I created a total of 13 emails that are sent out automatically.

An auto responder is an automated sequence of emails that are triggered when a potential affiliate signs up for an email list or provides an email address to you.

Usually one day after the potential affiliate signs up for the email list and receives the welcome email, the first of a series of "auto responders" is sent. This first email contains either the information that the potential affiliate was interested in.

Following that, an average of ten to nineteen emails
