learning 1-2 new things per day. EX: ASK AC. Start bidding in auctions, and continue habits from month 1.Start promoting ECA link. Set up items to sell.
Month 3 start to talk to them about become team leader.Continue habit from first 2 months.Tell them about the all the benefits. like CSA second home. matching VP, etc.
People come in to SFI to make money, Don't push but on the other hand Don't hold them back. Talk about advancing every chance you have. If they are growing and see some income they will stay with the program
